The continuous increasing number of animals which are admitted and hospitalized in its premises, make it imperative that we expand our installations in the short run.
The procedure to move to bigger premises has already started, with the donation of a big piece of land by the monastery of Logovarda on Paros.
We are currently running a fund raising campaign to secure the necessary funds for this expansion. We intend the new establishment to be a center of respect and awareness for wildlife and the environment |

If you find an injured wild bird:
Immobilize it by throwing a large cloth over it.
Find an adequately sized cardboard box and poke small air holes in it.
Keep the animal away from your face, place it carefully in the box and close it well.
Place the box in a warm, quiet, dark and safe place
(never leave it outside the house; injured animals have a unique ability to escape).
Call the Aegean Wildlife Hospital immediately (if you are in Paros)
to receive instructions on first aid and on ways of transporting the animal.
Note: If you find an injured wild mammal or reptile, please call immediately for advice. |
